Prize Draw Rules for the Financial Health Challenge Soft Toy Giveaway
- Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
- Participants must complete the online financial health challenge to enter.
- How to Enter
- To enter the prize draw, participants must fill out the challenge and ‘save progress’ by providing their email address.
- Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
- Prize
- One hundred (100) winners will be randomly selected to receive a soft toy budgie.
- No cash alternative or substitute prizes will be offered.
- Prize Draw Details
- The prize draw will take place on 29th November 2024.
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
- Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided during the challenge within 28 days following the draw.
- It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their contact details are correct.
- Claiming Prizes
- Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond within the given time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
- Publicity
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree that their name may be publicly announced as winners if selected.
- Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway.
- Data Protection
- Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with Inicio AI’s Data Protection policy.
- Participants’ information will only be used for the purposes of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- General Conditions
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent behaviour.
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
- Governing Law
