Prize Draw Rules for the Financial Health Challenge Soft Toy Giveaway

  1. Eligibility
  • The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over. 
  • Participants must complete the online financial health challenge to enter. 
  1. How to Enter
  • To enter the prize draw, participants must fill out the challenge and ‘save progress’ by providing their email address. 
  • Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. 
  1. Prize
  • One hundred (100) winners will be randomly selected to receive a soft toy budgie. 
  • No cash alternative or substitute prizes will be offered. 
  1. Prize Draw Details
  • The prize draw will take place on 29th November 2024. 
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. 
  1. Notification of Winners
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided during the challenge within 28 days following the draw. 
  • It is the responsibility of participants to ensure their contact details are correct. 
  1. Claiming Prizes
  • Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize. 
  • If a winner does not respond within the given time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. 
  1. Publicity
  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree that their name may be publicly announced as winners if selected. 
  • Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway. 
  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with Inicio AI’s Data Protection policy.  
  • Participants’ information will only be used for the purposes of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 
  1. General Conditions
  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent behaviour. 
  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. 
  1. Governing Law
  • These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
